Cold Applewood Smoked Pheasant burger
Cold Applewood smoked pheasant burgers, are made with 100% prime cuts of pheasant and blended together with wholemeal bread crumbs.

Cooking instructions:
Place the burger into a preheated frying pan rapeseed oil (or similar) at a medium heat,
turning occasionally until the juices run clear on the outside.
Try not to overcook the Pheasant, as the meat can become dry.
Serving suggestions:
The pheasant burger can be complemented with chutney.
